No visit to Acapulco would be complete without seeing the famous death-defying cliff divers at La Quebrada. See the select few men who are willing to risk their lives as they plummet past the jagged rocks into the surging ocean below. Just before they take the long fall, they kneel at a little shrine to say a prayer. Hold your breath and watch in wonder as they spring out in a perfect flying arch, piercing the water at exactly the right moment. After the diving display, enjoy some light refreshment to celebrate the divers’ success. At La Quebrada, you will be treated to a wonderful Mexican folkloric show with colourful performances depicting the life and culture of Acapulco and Mexico.Back on the road, you will make a stop at the stunning Acapulco Bay Vantage Point. Snap the shot that should feature in everyone’s photo album - the spectacular blue-ringed bay, fringed with luxury hotels and beaches.Your tour will take you as far as Diamond Acapulco, where the new properties are rising and you’ll pass by the Black Lagoon, where Tarzan (Johnny Weissmuller) was filmed back in the 1950’s.

HIGHLIGHTS & BABY TURTLE RELEASE

Travel along the Main Avenue Costera, passing by hotels, restaurants, banks, bars and shopping districts en route to the Scenic Highway. There will be a short stop for pictures at a beautiful panoramic vantage point.Continue through to Las Brisas residential area to get to the Diamond Zone passing by Puerto Marques Bay and the Black Lagoon where the first Tarzan movie was filmed.Next, you will be taken along the Costera Palmas and pass by the Acapulco Princess Hotel which resembles an Aztec pyramid and the Mayan Palace Hotel, probably one of the most beautiful properties in Acapulco. COLONIAL ACAPULCO
Discover the many faces of Acapulco from the early days of the pirates to its heyday in the 1950's.
Gaze in wonder as the world famous high cliff divers perform their daring leaps, plunging nearly 130 feet past jagged rocks into a small, surf-filled crevice. Enjoy some refreshments as you witness this spectacular event. Cary Grant and Gregory Peck, to name but a few, graced Acapulco’s shores and filled the society pages and gossip columns. The Caleta was an area where the stars spent their holidays earning the title ‘refuge of the Hollywood gang’. Although the heyday is past, you can still see the traditional hotels and houses of yester-year. A stop will be made at Los Flamingos Hotel for refreshments.Taking you back to the days of pirates, your tour continues to the Fort of San Diego, which was built to stave off attacks by British pirates. The Historical Museum is located inside the Fort and contains interesting artefacts tracing Acapulco’s beginnings.You will also pass the Convention Centre and Gardens and enjoy a visit to the Chapel of Peace, located in a picturesque position overlooking the bay. A view not to be missed.

Take a scenic drive through Basseterre along the only main road. En route you will see Mount Liamuiga and pass by Bloody Point, where over 2,000 Carib Indians were massacred in 1626. You will also pass by the Roman Catholic Cathedral and St George’s Anglican Church, with its landmark bell tower and steeple. The highlight of your tour will no doubt be the UNESCO World Heritage site of Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park. This magnificent fortress sits impressively atop 38 acres of limestone and sulphur composites, with spectacular views over the St Kitts mountain range, sugar cane, Caribbean Sea and neighbouring islands. Designed by the British and built by slaves, the Fortress is testimony to European colonial expansion, the African slave trade and the emergence of new societies in the Caribbean.After descending Brimstone Hill you will visit the ruins of the old Wingfield Sugar Estate and the lush rainforest gardens of Romney Manor. Enjoy the many tropical plants and flowers as you stroll in the peaceful gardens. At this lovely location, local artists produce fabric and apparel. Built between 1912 and 1926, to deliver sugar cane from the fields to Basseterre, the railway provides a fascinating way to see some of the island from the comfort of custom built sightseeing railcars. After a brief drive to Needsmust Station, you will board the train. Heading north along the striking coastline, you’ll roll across tall bridges and gently wind your way through villages and farms and see the light green fields of cane. The unique railcars feature an upper level with a spacious open-air observation deck and air-conditioned seating on the lower level. Each car has a service bar and restrooms. During the journey, you will be treated to musical entertainment, a colourful narrative history of the island and complimentary drinks.

NEVIS SAILAWAY

Set sail along an unspoilt coastline dotted with green mountains and secluded beaches. As you drop anchor at a sheltered cove for some snorkelling, you will have the opportunity to experience some interesting underwater views. Arriving off Pinneys Beach on Nevis, you will see the idyllic picture post-card view of the 3-mile-long beach, framed with coconut trees. COASTAL KAYAK
Explore the delights of St Kitts’ rugged south-eastern peninsula on this guided coastal kayaking tour.
A short drive through Frigate Bay takes you to the south-eastern peninsula, flanked by the energetic Atlantic Ocean on one side and the tranquil Caribbean Sea on the other.At White House Cove, your adventure begins with a spot of snorkelling to see the underwater world of St Kitts. You will then be assigned your two-person kayak and, after a safety briefing, you’re ready to go. During your kayak adventure, you’ll paddle along the unspoiled coastline passing secluded coves and cliffs and some of the local bird life too. Explore the best diving St Kitts has to offer as you encounter an array of exotic marine species and coral formations that are in abundance in the clear and warm waters. The local Dive Master will select the best dive sites for you to explore, including wrecks, large colourful reefs or walls.
Note: All participants must show a certified dive card and photo ID if the card does not have a photograph on it. Certified divers who have not dived for over 2 years are not recommended to take this tour. The duration of the dive is dependent on both divers and local conditions, so a return time cannot be confirmed. Diving equipment includes 2 tanks, weights, BC, regulator, mask, fins and snorkel. This is also the site of the Caribelle Batik Studios, where you will have a brief studio tour to view the many colourful pieces. This tour invites you to sail on world-renowned Whitbread ocean racers. As the two yachts go head to head in a match race, you will thrill in the excitement of this challenge to win.Each of the yachts is crewed by a professional team, so previous sailing experience is not essential and you can participate as much or as little as you please. COAST TO COAST
This scenic drive has been specially designed for those who would prefer an overview of Barbados with little walking.
The original building of St. John’s Church was erected in 1860 and the present gothic structure is situated on a cliff 800 feet above sea level. Step inside to see the double staircase of cedar leading to the organ gallery and the traditional high-backed pews. The frangipani trees in the yard lead you to some magnificent views of the east coast.The views from the Highland Centre are also spectacular. Located in the heart of the island, 1,004 feet above sea level, the picturesque landscape sweeps down to the east coast. Here, you will be offered some welcome refreshment whilst you take in the surrounding views. Pass by sights such as Heroes Square (formerly Trafalgar Square) and Gun Hill Signal Station as you head towards the rugged Atlantic coastline. See Thomas Church, and pass through Holetown for a photograph stop at the monument to commemorate the place where the first settlers landed in 1627. Enjoy viewing the opulent Sandy Lane area before returning to the ship in Bridgetown.

This tropical haven is home to many animals, reptiles, birds and of course the green monkey. Capture the beauty of Barbados by Four by Four Jeep and discover the island’s hidden treasures.
This fun filled adventure will take in some of the off-road scenery that can only be seen by Four by Four Jeep. Along the way you will learn the folklore, culture and history of Barbados and see many of the island’s highlights. Your journey takes you through a gully system and onto Joes River Forest, with towering trees, many of which are indigenous to Barbados and also home to the Green Monkey. Drive the scenic coastal road, where you will see one of the longest stretches of beach on the island. Heading off road again you will find yourself at Cattlewash Hill, where you can enjoy an incredible view of the dramatic east coast. The convoy continues its way through quaint villages to a spectacular vista some 850feet above sea level, overlooking the interior of the island known as the Scotland District. As you descend to historic Holetown, your return journey continues along the rich and famous west coast also known as the Platinum Coast, before returning to Bridgetown. Mexico is home to some of the best marine life in the world, and Cabo San Lucas is no exception. Take a brief transfer to the dive shop at Medano Beach for an informative knowledge session, before you are kitted out. A PADI dive instructor will then assist you in mastering the necessary skills in a practice pool session. Afterwards, you’ll take a short boat ride out to Pelican Rock, which attracts an abundance of tropical fish, and where the shallow waters provide the perfect spot for a dive. As you descend on your underwater journey, look out for king and cortes angelfish, parrot-fish and yellowtail sturgeons and marvel at the brightly coloured and exotic coral. After a memorable experience, it’s time to head back to the pier.

Cabo San Lucas is surrounded by one of the most extensive submarine canyon systems in the world. The Sea of Cortes, which is on the East side, is a continuation of the San Andreas Fault line that runs down the West coast of North America. The deep water canyons are home to over 750 species of marine life and healthy colourful reefs, making the area one of the best and most diverse for diving. A short transfer will take you to the dive shop at Medano Beach for a briefing, before you are kitted out. You’ll then take a boat ride out to the selected dive locations. Dive sites are chosen each day to ensure that you dive in the best conditions possible. Pelican Rock, Neptune’s finger, The Pinnacle and Sea Lion Rookery, all offer an amazing dive experience.

Pass by some of the stunning white sand beaches and see the incredible clear blue water as well as the island’s greener side.You will make a viewing stop at the ruins in Cinnamon Bay, which are remnants of one of the few last working plantations of St John.Along the north shore coast, you will have another view of Cinnamon Bay, from above. Take a photographic journey through ‘America’s Paradise’. Capture on film (or memory chip) some of the most breathtaking views in the Caribbean, assisted by your experienced photographic escort.
Enjoy a ride on a local island safari bus up to Paradise Point for your orientation. Paradise Point provides an excellent opportunity to photograph the wonderful panorama of the St Thomas harbour and a picture of your ship from high above. From Paradise Point, you will re-board the safari bus and head off to several other St Thomas ‘hot spots’ which will provide you with more great photographic opportunities. These include Bluebeard’s Castle, a historic location where you can photograph some of the pirate history of the islands. You will stop at Mountain Top, St Thomas’ highest point, which offers a magnificent panorama of Magens Bay, considered one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world. From Mountain Top you will also have fabulous views over to the British Virgin Islands. Your final stop is Emerald Beach, a white sand beach lapped by the incredibly blue Caribbean waters. The smooth 15 minute round-trip ride will whisk you to the top of Paradise Point at 700 feet above the town of Charlotte Amalie. The boat will slow down to cruising speed as you enter the labyrinth of jungle-covered islands of the Gatun Lake. Within this natural sanctuary the wildlife is plentiful and you can look out for the exotic jungle inhabitants such as Capuchin Monkeys, three-toed sloths, Howler Monkeys, colourful toucans, a wide variety of bird life as well as caimans, crocodiles, turtles and many beautiful butterflies.The Gatun Lake is an exceptional place to experience the sights and sounds of the jungle. EMBERA INDIAN VILLAGE
Discover the enchanting cultures and traditions of the Embera Indians during a visit to their village.
Families of the Embera Indians have lived along the banks of the Gatun Lake for many years. Their lifestyle has changed very little, as you will discover during your visit. Embera live in elevated huts with cone-shaped roofs. They sit on the floor and sleep on straw mats, so there are no furnishings to speak of. While men and women both participate in craftwork, the basket weaving and ceramic making are delegated to the women, while the men are in charge of the woodcraft. Perhaps the greatest skill of the Embera Indians is building ‘piraguas’ canoes. When a ‘piragua’ is first launched, a ceremony is held, to which friends and relatives are invited.During your time at the village, you will learn of the many unusual cultures and traditions of the Embera; how they propose marriage, use herbal medicines and their many beliefs and superstitions. At the village you may wish to purchase some of the locally-produced craftwork.Enjoy some light refreshments during the return boat ride.

Upon arrival at the Lake, you will be given a safety briefing before boarding your 2-man kayak. Your kayaking adventure begins as you paddle out into the vast man-made Gatun Lake, located in the centre of the Panama Canal. Your guide will point out the various species of wildlife that reside in this relatively ‘new’ expanse of water. FISHING AT GATUN LAKE
Gatun Lake is world famous for its freshwater bass fishing. Your guided fishing trip goes in search of the Lake’s Peacock Bass.
Enjoy a brief drive to the Melia Resort, where you will meet your fishing guide. After an exhilarating high speed 30-minute ride through the heart of the Canal, you’ll arrive at the labyrinth of jungle-covered islands of Lake Gatun. Your fishing trip will last approximately 2 hours as you search the waters for Peacock Bass. The lake provides a perfect environment for these creatures.

PANAMA CANAL EXPERIENCE BY BOAT
Experience first-hand a partial transit of the world famous Panama Canal.
Take a drive along the Transismic Highway, which connects the city of Colon with the city of Panama. This is the only road link between the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea. On arrival at the Pacific docking facilities, board a sightseeing ferry, which allows you the incredible experience of transiting part of the Panama Canal. Navigate through the Miraflores Locks, the first lock at the Pacific entrance. From here, you will transit two steps before entering the Miraflores Lake, which connects with the second set of locks, Pedro Miguel. After completing the first step of the Pedro Miguel Locks you enter the most important section of the Canal, the Gaylard Cut, where thousands of workers lost their lives during the construction of the dams. You will be given a fascinating history of the Panama Canal and each lock as you pass through. Your Canal adventure ends at the Gamboa Pier, approximately half way through the mighty Panama Canal. At Gamboa, you will return to the ship by bus.Refreshments and light snacks will be served on board your sightseeing boat.

Experience the beauty of Panama’s rainforest and the fascinating exhibits of the Gamboa Rainforest Resort on this unique eco-tour.
After your 1½-hour-long scenic coach drive from Colon, you will arrive at the impressive Gamboa Resort located in the heart of the Panamanian Rainforest. Enjoy some time at the Resort to browse the exhibits and learn of the many varieties of flora and fauna, which can be found in the unique eco-system. Whilst here you will be offered some welcome refreshments.The highlight of this tour will be the breathtaking aerial tram ride, which allows you to float quietly through the dense rainforest canopy. This tour highlights the history of the Panama Canal and includes a visit to the Gatun Locks.

OLD PANAMA CITY TOUR

Take a drive from coast to coast along the roadway, which links the Atlantic to the Pacific and on to the fascinating city of Old Panama. The city played a crucial role in expeditions and has established its vocation as a commercial maritime city. Panama also became a terminal for the only route between the two oceans and a vital communication link between Spain and its colonies in the Pacific.Visit the ruins of Old Panama, founded in 1519, where you will be given a guided tour, before continuing to the Casco Antiguo or Colonial City. The Casco Antiguo was founded in 1673 as a replacement for the previous capital; which was destroyed two years earlier during Captain Henry Morgan's attack. Since that time, the Casco Antiguo has been regarded as the second city of Panama. See the Cathedral Plaza and walk the historic Las Bovedas, a walkway that contains the history of the French Canal engraved in its walls.You will be offered some light refreshments prior to your return drive to Cristobal.

THE PANAMA RAILROAD
A unique opportunity to travel the tracks of the world’s first Trans-Continental Railroad, running parallel to the Panama Canal.
Your train ride begins as you set off from Colon City on the Caribbean Coast. You will soon cross the Continental Divide and find yourself on the Pacific side. From civilisation to the beauty of nature, your route takes you through the lush Panama rainforest. Keep your eyes peeled for glimpses of the local Howler Monkeys or colourful toucans. The importance of the rainforest is easy to see as it plays an integral role in maintaining the water levels of the canals. BONAIRE BUTTERFLY
Visit one of Bonaire’s newest attractions, the beautiful Butterfly Farm, and be captivated by its charming inhabitants.
The Bonaire Butterfly Farm is a member of the International Association of Butterfly Exhibitions and is a state-of-the-art facility. Within the natural greenhouse environment, you will find the most stunning butterflies from South and Central America fluttering about their daily lives in the comfort of this lush sanctuary. During your time at the visitor’s centre, a naturalist will introduce you to the wonderful world of butterflies. Colourfully dressed visitors will attract more butterflies! You will also find a large pond within the greenhouse, which is home to Japanese Koi fish. The secret Japanese Koi culture began in the 4th century; by the 20th century many colourful patterns had been developed and the first Japanese Koi’s were exported. Prepare to discover the ‘wild-side’ of Bonaire on this exciting off-road adventure by All Terrain Vehicle.
After a short instruction and safety briefing, you will leave Kralendijk and head off to the east coast of Bonaire. En-route you will experience the rugged terrain of Washikemba Reservoir, so keep an eye out for wild donkeys, goats and iguanas. Enjoy the surrounding view at Spelonk Lighthouse and take a dip in the natural lava rock pool. The adventure continues to one of Bonaire’s many caves, which are home to the Bonairean bat species. An exploration of the cave will reveal these delightful insect-eating creatures. The return journey will take you to Suplado, one of the natural highlights of Bonaire. View this fascinating blowhole, where the air pressure creates spectacular splashes, before heading back to Kralendijk.

GOTO LAKE BIKING ADVENTURE
Cycling the north of the island is the perfect way to capture the unspoiled beauty of Bonaire.
Just a short drive away from the ship is ‘Cycle Bonaire’ where your bicycle will be sized to your height and a safety briefing given. Once fitted with your helmet and supplied with a complimentary bottle of water, it is time to head out onto the open roads. Your guide will take you north to the most scenic routes, and onto the beautiful inland salt lake of Goto. You may be lucky enough to catch sight of the blush of the pink flamingoes reflecting from the water. During your leisurely ride, your guide will explain interesting facts about the flora and fauna of Bonaire. A stop will be made at the Dos Pos Well to enjoy complimentary soft drinks before continuing to the charming village of Rincon. Upon arrival, you will leave your ‘two-wheel-partner’ behind for the return drive back to Kralendijk.
Note: There is a minimum height restriction of 4 feet 6 inches. Children are not permitted to participate. Participants must be in good physical condition. The terrain is mostly flat and downhill with the occasional incline. The ride to Rincon is on an incline, however this is optional. The cycle ride is approximately 2½ hours. MANGROVE KAYAKING
This unique adventure takes you through Bonaire’s peaceful and tranquil mangroves.
After a short drive you will arrive at the Mangrove Eco Centre, declared a ‘National Park Preserve’ by the Bonairean government. Visitors can only enter with an experienced nature guide, who will accompany you and provide a fascinating insight into the inter-relationship between plants and animals in this area.Take a fascinating kayak tour through the mangroves eco-system. Glide through bird habitats and fish spawning areas on your ‘sit on’ ocean kayak. The kayak provides an ideal mode of transport in this beautiful and tranquil environment, as you manoeuvre with ease through the mangrove shallows. Afterwards, you may wish to visit the small shop to purchase a souvenir of your visit.

MANGROVE EXPLORATION BY SKIFF
Enjoy a tranquil cruise around the eco-area of Bonaire’s remarkable mangrove reserve.
Experience the interesting Mangrove Eco Centre, where you can learn much about the delicate environment and the plentiful wildlife. Board a unique solar-powered boat and your informative guide will enlighten you with his extensive knowledge of the fascinating mangrove reserve, nursery and coral reef. Have your camera at the ready as you look out for the interesting inhabitants of the mangrove while you cruise gently by.Afterwards, you may wish to visit the small shop and purchase a souvenir of your visit. During your tour you will be offered refreshments of water or juice.
Note: This tour operates a similar itinerary to that of Tour D, but the mode of transport will be a flat-bottom boat rather than a kayak. There is little walking involved on this tour, however guests must be able to negotiate the 1- foot-high step onto and off the boat. It is advisable to wear flat, comfortable shoes that can get wet. The boats do not have shade, so a hat and sun protection is recommended. Guests wishing to purchase additional soft drinks can do so at the Visitor Centre.

Discover the charm of the old and the new Puerto Vallarta, with an opportunity to sample some fine local tequila.
Enjoy a scenic drive north through Marina Vallarta, passing traditional Mexican villages and delightful countryside. Stop at Ixapta to visit the local church, a focal point of worship and meeting place for the locals. Afterwards, continue to Hacienda Doña Engarcia, one of the finest tequila processing plants in the area. The site is also a ranch with Arabian horses, ostriches and botanical gardens. During your tour, you will learn the plantation process of the legendary Blue Agave Cactus Tequila and indulge in some sampling of the various grades and flavours. The Bay of Banderas is a fantastic place in which to sail. Take this opportunity to enjoy its protected waters, moderate winds, and secluded coves. TRADITIONAL TORTOLA
This charming little tour introduces you to the capital of Tortola, its colonial buildings and age-old traditions.
Pass through the main streets of Road Town en route to the ‘Sunday Morning Well’, the site of the emancipation of slaves in the British Virgin Islands. From here, you will continue to Kingston Church, which served as the island’s Anglican church and school in 1807. Explore the fascinating Josiah’s Bay Ruins. Originally a sugar factory, the building was converted into a rum distillery in the early 20th century. An art gallery is now housed in this historic building.Travelling along the shore road, you’ll find the Callwood Rum Distillery located within the scenic Cane Garden Bay area. Some of the original buildings are still in use and rum continues to be made and sold in the boiling room. The highlight of your tour will be the beautiful Government House Museum. The House is a national landmark and was the seat of local government until 1987. This gracious building now displays a lovely collection of items from Tortola's past.

SAGE MOUNTAINS HIKE & BEACH
Combine a hike through the stunning setting of Sage Mountain, with time to relax on the beach.
Take a scenic drive along the island’s Ridge Road to Sage Mountain National Park. Sage Mountain towers 1,716 feet above sea-level and is the highest peak in the Virgin Islands. Enjoy a guided hike along one of the pleasant nature trails, lined with mahogany trees and fragrant plants. Your guide will point out the fascinating variety of tropical trees and plants, some indigenous to Tortola. The views from atop Sage Mountain are well worth the walk so be sure to have your camera with you. Following your nature hike, you will head down to Cane Garden Bay, one of the island’s most popular beaches. VIRGIN ISLAND PANORAMA
A leisurely way to discover some of the best views on the island.
Your scenic drive begins in Road Town and takes you along the coastal road towards the east of the island. Ascend the hills along the Ridge Road and capture the stunning views, stopping en route for a photograph opportunity, before heading to Skyworld. Skyworld is the highest point accessible by vehicle on the island and offers wonderful panoramic views. Enjoy a complimentary refreshment and browse the small souvenir shop for some local gifts. The highly elevated position of Sky World allows you to look over the outlying Virgin Islands, which typify the Caribbean. Back on the road, your route continues along the ridge of the island before descending to the north shore, passing through several small fishing hamlets. You will see the Bombas Shack, home of the infamous full moon parties, before crossing the island at its narrowest point.At Pusser’s Landing you will make a short stop to view the attractive small marina, before returning via the south shore to Road Town.

VIRGIN ISLAND SAILAWAY
Step aboard a sailing boat to experience the world’s most beautiful coastlines retracing the paths of Columbus, Drake, Kidd and other seafaring notables.
Setting sail from Road Town, you will cross the Sir Francis Drake Channel towards one of the nearby islands. Enjoy hearing tales of this historic waterway as you make your way to the snorkel stop at Peter or Norman Island. Experience the beauty of the deep with some wonderful snorkelling, where colourful schools of Yellow Tails and Sergeant Majors can be seen amongst the varied coral formations. If snorkelling is not for you, you can simply swim in the crystal clear waters or relax on deck. After your swim and snorkel stop, you will sail around to the beach where you can relax on the golden sand or perhaps purchase a drink from the infamous Pirates Bar.During your sail, refreshing rum or fruit punch will be served on board.

VIGRIN GORDA
Discover one of the hidden treasures of the British Virgin Islands - a paradise of tiny coves, rock basins and sea caves.
Take a 40-minute motor-launch crossing to the island of Virgin Gorda, named the ‘Fat Virgin’ by Columbus in 1493.After a short bus ride, you will reach the 500-yard trail taking you down to the stunning secluded beaches. The rock formations were created by volcanic activity, resulting in huge boulders being stacked one upon another. The massive boulders now form beautiful isolated beaches, small grottos and natural pools for you to explore. The pools and ocean floor are carpeted with the softest, whitest sand - a natural phenomenon. The waters of Virgin Gorda are excellent for swimming and snorkelling; however there can sometimes be an undertow.A complimentary refreshment will be served before your return boat ride to Tortola.

Explore the delights of the underwater world and get ‘up close and personal’ with the marine life.Take a quick 10-minute drive to the dive centre where your exciting underwater experience begins. A demonstration video explaining equipment and techniques will be shown and you will be asked to perform basic techniques before donning your scuba gear and taking to the pool. After successful completion of your induction, you will take a boat to one of the dive sites to become acquainted with some Grenadine marine life. CLEAR KAYAK
Enjoy the thrill of the underwater world - without having to snorkel or dive.
Take a short drive to Grand Mal Bay, where your kayaking adventure begins. You will be given a quick safety briefing before boarding your ‘double clear kayaks’ for some fun on the water. These unique kayaks seat two people and have a window to the wonderful watery world within the bottom of the kayak. Paddle in unison over the Grand Mal Coral Reef to see the many colourful tropical fish that have made this reef their home. From here, you will continue your kayaking as far as Cherry Hill before turning around to Molinere Bay where you can see the popular divers’ reefs.After your kayaking adventure, you’ll have time to relax on the beach and enjoy a refreshing complimentary drink from the Sunset View Restaurant.

4X4, WALK & WALLOW
Venture off road in your 4x4 vehicle, take a trek through the forest and enjoy a wallow in the warm waters of the Sulphur pond.
Driving through the capital of St George’s you will see the main sights of the town, before heading further inland. View the changing scenery as you pass through small villages and enjoy photograph stops en route. On arrival at Clabony, you will take a short trek through the rainforest en route to the Sulphur Pond, where you will have an opportunity to immerse yourself in the warm waters and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. For many years, Grenadians have considered the pond to have healing qualities due to the mineral-rich water, which can be therapeutic for the body and soul. Relax and enjoy the soothing waters before trekking back to your vehicle. Your tour continues to Grand Etang Lake in Grand Etang National Park, situated 1,900 feet above sea level. Here, you will enjoy some refreshments whilst taking in views of the volcanic crater lake.

Take a drive through the quaint capital of St George’s enjoying the sights and scenery as you pass by the ruins of the Government House. You will see the parishes of St. Paul’s and St. David and numerous spice plantations as you wend your way along the small roads.Along the eastern side of the island, you will pass two seaside villages. At Marquis, the local people weave the abundant pandanus grasses into crafts of all sorts. Soubise is home to some of the locally built, brightly coloured fishing boats, which dot the beaches and seas of Grenada. The vivid colours of the boats contrast beautifully with the soft azure blue of the Caribbean.From the coast, your tour heads inland, ascending the central peaks en route to the National Park Nature Centre at Grand Etang. Grand Etang Lake sits at 1,900 feet within the crater of an extinct volcano and has a wonderful cobalt blue colouring. Whilst here, you’ll be offered some welcome refreshments.Descend the fern-fringed road to Annandale Falls, where a short but steep walk brings you to a lush paradise of rushing water and hanging greenery. After this pleasant stop, you will return to St. George’s.

GRENADA & GRAND ANSE BEACH
Enjoy a pleasant drive taking in the sights of Grenada followed by a stop at its most famous beach; Grand Anse.
Take in the sights and scenery as you travel through St. George’s winding streets past the ruined residence of the Governor General. From St George’s you will continue over the Morne Jaloux Ridge towards a network of old forts.Situated on a ridge, Fort Frederick sits at 800 feet above sea level. This ancient Fort offers wonderful, panoramic views. Fort Matthew, Fort Lucas and Fort Adolphus adjoin Fort Frederick and are connected by an intricate network of underground tunnels. Whilst here, your guide will recount the fascinating history of Grenada’s forts.The highlight of your tour will be the visit to Grenada’s favourite beach - Grand Anse. Enjoy the magnificent three-mile stretch of white sand, fringed with palm trees. You will have approximately one hour to swim or relax on the beach and soak up the sun. RHUM RUNNER
On this fun tour, enjoy the sea breeze and some time at the beach followed by music and dancing on board the Rhum Runner.
Aboard the fun Rhum Runner, you’ll be able to enjoy unlimited rum punch or soda and dance to the sounds of a live steel band. The Rhum Runner loops around the inner harbour, and along the scenic coastline to Long Point Shoal. On board there is a glass-bottomed window for you to view the underwater coral, sponges and tropical fish. Alternatively, you may like to just soak up the Caribbean sunshine and cooling breeze as you cruise along the coast.The boat will stop in the clear, blue waters off the white sand beach of Morne Rouge. Discover the beauty of Grenada, see some of its hidden secrets and the popular Grand Etang National Park.
Take a drive into the heart of Grenada and escape into the natural world. Hike along an old by-road through fragrant nutmeg fields into a tropical forest. You will hear the inviting rush of water before encountering a small idyllic fall and natural pool. Get your feet wet as you hike along a smaller cascade and continue to the 60-foot-high Royal Mt Carmel Fall. You may like to cool off in the inviting waters and allow the gentle cascade to massage you as you soak up your surroundings. During your tour, you will be offered a refreshing fruit juice to quench your thirst.Once back on the bus, your adventure is not over as you make a stop at the Grand Etang National Park, where you’ll find the beautiful Grand Etang Lake.

SUNNYSIDE GARDENS
A unique opportunity to visit a private garden of a beautiful house, introduced to you by the proud owner.
Located approximately 600 feet above sea level, with views of the Caribbean and Atlantic coasts, Sunnyside Gardens are the pride of Mrs Jean Renwick. The gardens are both classical and colonial. The rolling hills of the garden contain 150-year-old Mahogany trees and a variety of palms and exotic fruit trees. Inspired by an architect from Norway, who believed that plants should be allowed to grow where they plant themselves, Mrs Renwick used Zoysia Grass from Japan, Agave and Silver Mangrove. Enjoy the ‘rainforest’ area, and a fishpond with exotic lilies and Koi Carp. Extensive use has been made of palms including the Bottle Palm. Clumps of cycads and bougainvillaea complete the picture of this unique and private garden. At the end of your tour, rum punch or a local fruit juice will be provided on the veranda of the house.

You’re rigid inflatable boat (RIB) will take you along the picturesque west coast of Grenada, cruising in and out of sheltered bays and coves. Discover the ecology and geography of this pretty island as you pass by Dragon Bay, Black Bay, the Lagoon and Carenage. Arriving at Molinere Point you will have the chance to snorkel and discover the amazing Underwater Sculpture Park. This unique park is the first of its kind and is the creation of Jason De Caires Taylor, who has gained international recognition for his work. By using sculptures to create artificial reefs, the artist’s interventions promote an understanding of the importance of protecting the natural world. Take a glimpse at Grenadian life; visit the one-street fishing community and Nutmeg Station to see the grading, drying and packing process. Inhale the signature scent of the island and learn how the delicate spice is treated, ready for export. Located in the central part of the island, the cobalt blue lake of Grand Etang is a ‘must see’. This extinct volcanic crater lake is situated a breathtaking 1,900 feet above sea level. Enjoy the scenery and a refreshing drink during your stop here. Take in the sights during a scenic drive through the quaint capital of St. George's, passing the Green Iron Bridge. The tour takes you along the western road to Gouyave, passing the villages of Grand Mal and Happy Hill and Beausejour Bay. Continue through Brizan, Concord, Marigot and Grand Roy to Gouyave. See cocoa, nutmeg, banana plantations and various spice growing areas around the island. Your return is through the green mountain roads and the villages of Vendome, Snug Corner and Beaulieu.

Block House was the principal lookout and officers’ barracks for the First West India Regiment back in 1787. Shirley Heights was the principal fortification of the British fleet stationed at English Harbour and named after Sir Thomas Shirley. The view from Shirley Heights is stunning, taking in virtually the entire east coast of Antigua.One of the biggest attractions in the eastern Caribbean, Nelson’s Dockyard is the last remaining Georgian naval dockyard still in use today. Explore the Admiral’s Inn, museum, mystery pillars, art gallery and bakery.
